Lukas Doll

I love Haba toys, and when it came to getting dolls for my twins, I looked to Haba first. My daughter has the Nele, and my son has Lukas. At first I thought &quotRy-Ry" (as we call him), would be too small for my one year old, but when you realize their size in relation to your child, it really is the perfect size. This doll is well made, and a big hit with my son. We take &quotRy-Ry" everywhere!

My daughter received Lucas, Nelly, and Lilli for her first birthday. She loved them immediately. They are beautiful and well made dolls. Our daughter is nearing her second birthday, and the dolls are still her favorites. She dresses and undresses them, feeds them, sings to them, has them read books, and puts them to bed. Since so many of her daycare friends are boys- it has been nice having a male friend for her girl dollies:-)

We bought this doll for our 2 year old son and it is an adorable little friend. The clothes and shoes come off. It would be nice if the mouse stuck to the doll with velcro. Its often lost. My son loves the doll's hair!

This is a great doll, its small stature is perfect, its construction superb, and its looks are wonderful!!! I love his little clothes and his mouse friend is a wonderful toy in itself!! I will definately be buying more of these as gifts!!

I bought this doll for my 14 month old son. He kept smiling at Lukas on my computer screen, and was so excited when I showed him the doll, still in the box! He was stamping his feet and squealing! We hurriedly opened the box and the two have been inseparable ever since! My son has been known to carry his older sister's dolls all over the house (when he's not busy playing with his older brother's trains, that is). But I think he 'gets' that this doll is just for him. Lukas has a sweet and kind look on his face and at 12" inches he is small-ish which makes him just perfect for my 14 month old. The doll even has a belly button! (made with two stitches in an 'x') My son likes to push his fingers into Lukas's 'messy' hair, and my daughter likes to show him how to dress and undress and 'take care' of his 'baby'. The doll has a slightly weighted bottom so he sits nicely, and is cuddly enough to snuggle with for naps and bedtime.
