Wish I could give this 6 stars!!

Ok, I admit it - this is a Christmas present, but my husband and I opened it up to 'check it over' and WE ended up playing with it for a bit! SO well made, smooth wood, bright colors. My friend's little boy has a smaller set made by Haba as well, and he plays with it for hours. It's so nice to get back to basics - no batteries required!

Very nice blocks!

What I like about this set is that there are pieces that are colorful and at the same time ones that are plain wood as well. The colors are bold and contrast very well. These blocks are also very sturdy; can withstand two aggressive cats who like to chew.

Great blocks!

My 2.5 year old loves these blocks! He had been previously been playing with those jumbo plastic ones...but these allow much more imagination and skill building. My husband and I even enjoy playing with these. We're thinking of buying another set so we, I mean our son, can make bigger structures!

Great Blocks, works for younger kids too!

I bought these for my toddler, and removed all the little blocks from the set so she can play with it now. She loves the chunky, easy to stack blocks. This set will grow with her for years..... well worth the investment.
