BLABLA
Company History
Blabla was started in 2001 when friends-for-life Florence Wetterwald and Susan Pritchett took
a trip to Peru. There, they met generations of women, so skilled in the art of knitting that it inspired the two women
to create their own line of knitted products for newborns, toddlers and preschoolers. Today, Blabla's collection of
stuffed animals, bags, mobiles, booties, blankets and clothing are all made in Peru by these very artisans, and designed
by Ms. Wetterwald.
Fair Trade Ethics
Blabla takes pride in their fair trade ethics, as well as genuine commitment to the
intricate craft of their product. Blabla products are not only certified fair trade, they also strive to create a
working environment that is based on respect, friendship, loyalty and mutual understanding. Blabla designs are a
fascinating amalgamation of current themes, as well as traditions of the past, of things exciting and new and yet
comfortingly familiar.
