My order is missing something! What should I do?

Is your order missing an item? If the item is small, please check the entire box, down to the bottom and under the packing peanuts or air bags. Smaller items tend to shift to the bottom of the box during shipping. Did your order contain multiple items - one of them large? If so, we likely shipped the order in two separate boxes and the larger item may arrive separately.

For orders that shipped via Standard Ground, please allow the entire estimated time in transit for your entire order to arrive. The estimated time in transit can be found here).

If this time has passed and you still haven't received the missing item, please contact us. We will reship the missing item. In rare cases we'll issue a refund to the billing credit card if the item is no longer available.
