a step in the right direction [27 OF 59 PEOPLE FOUND THIS HELPFUL]
Bud ducks are made from phthalate free PVC. this a big improvement over most bath toys that contain phthalates. I prefer to avoid PVC period, but I won't mind this duck so much.
