I purchased this placemat for a three year old boy, and I was not disappointed when the mat arrived. The colors are fantastic and the artwork is really special. I like that the placemat is beautiful, functional, and educational all at the same time. It would be tempting to use this mat as a wall hanging, it is so pretty!

My daughter loves this placemat. She learns geography by asking where family members live and it provides great entertainment for her during meals. I love it b/c it's easy to wipe or wash.

The World Placemat from Crocodile Creek [92 OF 201 PEOPLE FOUND THIS HELPFUL]
This bright, easy to clean place mat features a bunch of world cities, continents, and recognizable icons (giraffe in Africa, igloo in Greenland). It's a fabulous conversation starter for my four year old! I also love how easy it is to clean!

You can’t go wrong with any of the Crocodile Creek placemats. The CC placemats are made of wonderful stuff that showcases the brilliant colors without glare and cleans easily. I bought several mats to use at the kitchen table, but I ended up hanging all of them up on the wall at child’s eye level—they’re so beautiful. The babies and adults in our house all love the world map. My 11 month old loves to look at the map—the colors and images are attractive—she loves the two friendly penguins hanging out at the research station on Antarctica—and the big golden key on the map’s “key”. There are “can you find it” facts around the outside of the map—the longest river, the highest point, the deepest point, etc. There are interesting images and icons and facts enough to entertain anyone from age 1 to 100 for many, many mealtimes.
