Customer Service Questions
Hi my name is Milanie Cleere. I'm the CEO of Oompa. I'm here in Nurnberg, Germany at the Spielzeug Museum. I would show you the inside of the Spielzeug Museum, but unfortunately the curators won't allow us to film inside. I come to Nurenburg every year for the International Toy Fair which is where I meet with vendors and find new products.
Many customers have asked us about the proper installation for Haba mobiles. Just to clarify, Haba mobiles aren't considered toys, they are considered room decor items. They should be installed out of a child's reach and not low enough so that the baby can actually touch them or grab them. So again, they are room decor items and should be installed outside of your child's reach.
We have received a few customer service calls and emails from customers who weren't happy with the size of the bags they purchased even though we do include the dimensions in the product description. And many people have requested that we show the bags on our website with a child wearing them. So of course, I completely agree and slowly but surely we will be adding images of the bags on children so that you can get an idea for the size in relation to the child.
Thanks for watching! Auf Weidersehen!
The Cheekeyes Manufacturer Video
My name is Rogier van Zijp and I'm the designer with Studio Spoon. Studio Spoon is located in Gouda. It's a small town in the Netherlands and maybe it is best known for it's cheese. It all started two years ago. The thing you see with current manufacturers is that the wooden products they make are covered completely in paint. The shame about that is you can't see the beautiful wood that has been used. The thought behind out product line was to make a product that is new to the market and a product where you can see the wood that has been used. We test all the paints, not only because we have to, but also because we want our product to be safe. Naturally we test on heavy metals, which we don't want to have in the paints. All the paints used in our products are tested and there are no sharp edges on the product, so children cannot injure themselves. I'm the designer and I look at my designs and I love them! And that is not the only reason. I want other customers, our customers to enjoy the products as well.
