What is polyester wool?
We have received a lot of questions about the organic products on our site. Mainly, what is polyester wool as used in many of the product descriptions there? A lot of our manufacturers choose to use an organic exterior for their products but they choose to fill it with polyester because when you wash there products, either by hand or in a washing machine, polyester actually dries more quickly and efficiently than organic cotton or wool. However, I agree, this is misleading as these products are not entirely, 100% organic and our site has been updated to reflect that.
How often do you update the What’s New section of your website?
Kathy Peters from Colorado would like to know how often we update the What’s New section of the site. Kathy, the section is updated almost daily because we are adding products constantly. So, this section shows the most recent 160 products that have been added to the site. So again, it is updated as soon as we enter products into the system. Which is usually every day or every other day.

Erzi Products
The wooden food and vegetable collection is all you need for eating, for cooking and the household and all these things that you normally buy in small shops just in the real life. So it is the first role for the children. So now, okay, it costs something for the apple, or it cost something to get a newspaper or whatever.
Erzi Safety
This is a big point in our policy, our company policy because we are here in Germany are asked to work by the EN 71. (European Standard EN 71 specifies safety requirements for toys. Compliance with the standard is legally required for all toys sold in the European Union) So every product that we have is approved by the TURV, that is the (term?) security company. And I stand with my name for Erzi and my kids also play with the Erzi products and so security is one of the most important points for all our company.
