I bought these for my 6 month old son and we both love them for many reasons. Because of the open side, these blocks are easier for him to get ahold of than solid blocks. He of course loves to tip over the towers I build and to chew on them. I think they are great because we can use them for counting, animal sounds, colors, nesting, and stacking.

My 8 month old has really enjoyed these cubes so far, she especially likes looking at her fingers through the plastic windows. They're a little hard for her to grab still, but she seems very interested in them. They're very pretty and I really enjoy playing with them too.

I purchased this item for my 4 month old and she is already enjoying it. These are very light and soft enough for the baby to engage with their fist knocking them around. They are more colorful and visually interesting than I could see in the photos with a window of color film, different patterns and pictures that are beautiful. Also they are much more durable than the paper cubes I had for my son that wilted with all the baby drool.
