My son loved this toy - we got it for him when he was one month old. Really good quality and great colors. The cord could be a bit longer, but it did work for our stroller.

Entertaining but Short [2 OF 4 PEOPLE FOUND THIS HELPFUL]
Our 4 1/2 month old son absolutely loves the bear, cat, and rabbit characters on the chain. However, we have an Evenflo infant carrier with the ergonomic handle, and are unable to attach the toy to our car seat handle properly because of the short length of the cord. So the chain doesn't dangle, but is rather a tightrope on which the characters spin.

A Must-Have! [5 OF 8 PEOPLE FOUND THIS HELPFUL]
My 4-month old spent our entire walk playing with this toy! The little wooden pieces are just the perfect size for his hands and he wouldn't let go. We were almost tempted to take it off the stroller temporarily just so he would notice the trees and flowers on our walk!

I got this pram chain for my cousins' baby and they put it on his car seat/ carrier. He is now six weeks old and when you spin the bears for him, the toy hold his attention for several minutes and he seems to really like it. I think it would also transition well to a stroller.

Immediately Loved It [9 OF 23 PEOPLE FOUND THIS HELPFUL]
I just received this toy a few hours ago. I thought it was adorable and was looking forward to seeing how my son likes it on his car seat but as he sat fussing in his swing chair I thought I'd try it out there. The second I put it on he became very interested in it. He's been giggling and playing with it for about 30 minutes now and this is his crankiest part of the day! Another winner from Habba. I think I'll buy another one.
