	Perfect starter block set 04/25/2008

I bought these blocks for my daughter when she turned one and she really enjoys them. The pieces are a good size so they're easy for her to handle and perfect for little hands -- and you don't have to worry about them being a choking hazard. The "lego"-like aspect to these blocks really help in terms of stacking them to form a tower, and my daughter spends alot of time trying out different ways to stack the blocks. It's become such a favorite that, like many of the other reviewers, I'm going to buy the 27 block set when it's back in stock!

These were a first birthday gift for my son, and it took him a little while to warm up to them. I was a bit concerned that he didn't like them (they're not cheap, so I worried they were a waste of money) but I should have known--all kids seem to love blocks! These are now one of his favorite toys, and I'm considering buying him the 27-piece set when it's back in stock. The blocks fit together enough to hold a tower up, but not so tightly that a toddler can't get them apart. If the tower tips over, it will fall apart--but without too much noise. These are great, and I love their appearance--brightly painted blocks with one natural-finish piece. Not cheap, but worth every penny.

We bought these and a set of the 27 Sticki blocks for my 15 month old daughter for Christmas and she LOVES them (although not as much as my husband). She still needs help stacking them but she's getting the hang of it quickly. They are pricey but the quality is unbeatable. I highly recommend them and am even debating adding another set to our collection.

Like most of Haba's products these are of great quality. My 16 month old loves the colors, and they are very easy for him to stack; he can stick them higher than with normal blocks. Although 13 blocks is good for one child; spring for the 27 piece set for sharing. Because trust me, kids will fight over these!

My 10-month old son received this set for Christmas. I have to confess that I couldn't wait for him to open them! The blocks are beautiful and of great quality -- smooth to the touch and of good weight! The blocks are a great size for little hands. My son already enjoys them, and I know he'll love them even more once he figures out how to stack them! A GREAT set...and we'll probably get the big set of Stickis to add to this set for his 1st birthday.
