Recreate a piece of Amsterdam with this wonderful set of blocks. Little ones have countless variations to build the typical rows of houses, twisty lanes and romantic bridges of Amsterdam. These blocks are of the best quality and will stand up to the test of time, as well as the test of a three year old! We love the undetailed nature of these pieces, allowing children to use their imaginations.

166 pieces total. Made of beech wood with mixed untreated and treated blocks. This set is not intended for children under the age of 3. There are many small blocks that are potential choking hazards.

What I like about this set is that there are pieces that are colorful and at the same time ones that are plain wood as well. The colors are bold and contrast very well. These blocks are also very sturdy; can withstand two aggressive cats who like to chew.

My 2.5 year old loves these blocks! He had been previously been playing with those jumbo plastic ones...but these allow much more imagination and skill building. My husband and I even enjoy playing with these. We're thinking of buying another set so we, I mean our son, can make bigger structures!

I bought these for my toddler, and removed all the little blocks from the set so she can play with it now. She loves the chunky, easy to stack blocks. This set will grow with her for years..... well worth the investment.
