First Blocks

My 4-month-old baby girl enjoys sucking this teething toy very much. The wooden ring is very easy for her to grab. She likes the two small blue rings too. I bought two of this toy - one for home and one for my baby's crib at daycare.

We received these blocks as a gift for my daughter when she was a baby, and she still loves them at two years 3 months! She has a particular fondness for the "man and the car" and spends entire days carrying him around like a little friend. She really enjoys putting him in and out of the car and pushing them around on our hardwood floors. Each block offers visual interest and they are much more appealing than standard, plain blocks. Any young child would love these, but they might get a little boring for children over four years old.

This was a favorite with my son and is now a favorite with my daughter. These blocks are still as beautiful as they were 2-years ago - and my son played hard with these! These are set’s I would buy again and again without hesitation.

Haba's First Blocks was one of the toys we bought for our baby, and she loved this toy. This is a fantastic, colorful set blocks and includes lots of little gizmos, such as a mirror, a jingle bell block, a sphere that rolls and a cute little gnome with a car. The round block is nice because it rolls and the little gnome and roundy blocks fit through it. Suprisingly, it's six years later and this toy is still in use. Of course, toys like that are well worth the price. Also, as the other reviewer mentions, this adds on to the Fantasy Blocks set very nicely.

We have this set to compliment the Fantasy Block set also from Haba for our infant daughter. She loves the little surprises each block has. The little elf guy included in the set is a nice feature that even my older ones include as a character in their block construction worlds.
