I brought this for my son just to make the free shipping mark. I figured he would like it, and luckily he likes it a lot. Haba foods seem to be made very small, I guess to accommodate small hands but it seems so small to us because he has big hands for his age and stature. He holds it very delicately as to not cover the whole cone and he pretends to lick it.

I love Haba products and always enjoy their colorful and stylish toys. Their quality is wonderful too. However, I was disappointed with the food items I purchased. They are too small to really enjoy as play food. They are cute but not very practical to play with.

I was a bit surprised by how small the ice cream cone actually was, but soon after my daughter (2.5 y.o.) started playing with it, I realized it was just the right size for her�and best part is.. it doesn�t take up any space to store. I ordered the little basket and 10 food pieces all fit in very nicely. These Haba foods are great for encouraging pretend and creative play. Great construction and color. It has withstood being bounced and banged on the wood floor without a scratch (can�t say as much for the floor)!

The Haba Ice Cream Cones are my 3 year-old daughter's favorites of all her Haba foods. She has all three flavors. This chocolate cone is a lovely, brown color. It actually makes me hungry for chocolate. The tiny size is perfect for little hands. It may be a little small, but we think it is good to teach moderation in sweets. The wood is sturdy and smooth, and the shape is just perfect.
