A Very Cute Scale! [8 OF 19 PEOPLE FOUND THIS HELPFUL]
This a very cute scale with bright colors and durable metal baskets. It is lots of fun for my 4 and 5 1/2 year old. My only problem was that the wooden peg that holds the scale broke almost immediately. This is easily fixed, though,& it still works great!

Our two kids (2 and 6) just love this scale. They use it all the time, it is really sturdy and we did not have any problems with it. It balances better than we thought and you can put more than sufficient things in the baskets. They are good not just for food but for anything the kids get their hands on. We been using them even for learning how to count and math. A very complete toy, very educational, fun and well made. It is a little expensive but worth the price. If it was not so expensive, we would off buy two, one for each kid.

Our daughter enjoys weighing, and balancing any objects around her with this scale. She calls this activity “an experiment.” Overall, we are happy with this scale, but there are some frustrating things about it as well. Our daughter has not figured out how to hang the cups properly, and I have to hang them for her so many times while she is playing with the scale. Also, the red round part of the pendulum sometimes cannot pass through, and get stuck. I am pretty sure that she will overcome these soon though ;)

This balance/scale is very well made and sturdy. The bowls are removable, which is convenient. My son got this for his 2nd birthday and enjoys dumping things in and out of them, and watching the balance move. This toy will last a long time. Fun and educational. Perfect for kitchen play.
