Not just for stringing! [22 OF 36 PEOPLE FOUND THIS HELPFUL]
My toddler loves to use these cute beads along with her blocks to make a little town. She'll line up the houses and the trees and then drive the car around them - vroom! She hasn't quite got the hang of stringing them yet, but I'm sure she'll enjoy it when she does.

I bought these for my 11 month old and he loves the turning and turning the pieces and putting them in his mouth. I brought them to a 1 yr. old bday party and all the similarily-aged babies went to these pieces like a magnet! At this point, I usually remove the string.

My 15 month old really likes playing with these. she likes looking at the pieces and driving the car around, but she can also actually lace the beads onto the string. These are great as a focused activity (while making dinner, etc) or as a restaurant toy. They come packed in a little plastic zippered pouch, so storage is easy. The only issue I have with them is that the string comes out of the wooden "needle" really easily.

My almost 3 year old son has had so much fun stringing his little neighborhood. He'll string a house, then give the house a tree, then "drive" the car down the string to park beneath the tree. It's such a pleasure to see how much use he gets from such a simple toy. I love to see him growing his imagination, as well. This is a toy I'd be happy to give as a gift because I'm sure the child would enjoy it

These are adorable; we really like the trees and the car. My toddler can't quite string these yet, but I kept her busy in the mall when I tied the beads to the stroller. She also likes to use these as individual pieces. She makes the trees talk to each other - "Hi, twee! kiss kiss". These are a great play value - both as beads and added to other blocks.
