The Figure Tack Set is a wonderful activity for the preschool set. Helps build fine motor, sorting, and shape and color recognition skills. Designed in Germany and crafted with gently withstand years of childhood adoration and play. Not intended for use by children under three years old. Small parts may pose a choking hazard. Supervised play recommended. Improper use may cause puncture wounds. Wipe with damp cloth to clean.

Inspires creativity
After seeing his brother with the similar geometric set, my 3 year old just had to have his own. He loves fitting as many pieces onto the board as he can! He loves to tell a story along with the pieces he chooses; he is always inspired by this set.

Peace and quiet hammering... [10 OF 21 PEOPLE FOUND THIS HELPFUL]
Both of our kids, age 6 and 3, love this toy! It is so simple yet they'll spend hours with it. We use a magnetic wand to clean up afterwards to make sure we've picked up all the tacks. The expansion set is fun as well, get both!

Worthwhile Toy! [38 OF 77 PEOPLE FOUND THIS HELPFUL]
My son received this toy when he was about 2 1/2. This toy kept him busy for a long time. My son would create stories with all the pieces and sometimes play with them all by themselves. The wood pieces feel wonderful to hold, they are all very smooth, and all are a very nice quality. This is another creative toy that is only limited by what you can create. Some parental guidance was needed at his age because of the small nails sometimes falling on the ground. The nails come in a plastic bag, but I would put them in a small bowl when he was playing with the game. We did have to return for a small manufacturing defect and only didn't reorder because it was out of stock, however will be ordering again in the future.I suspect it was out of stock because it's a great toy and a great price.

This toy is great. It encourage imaginative play and fine motor skills. My daughter loves this and I love that it is not your typical toy. It is made well and will last for years to come.
