Nicki Baby Doll Light Blue

Fantastic size doll to clip on Haba paci chain when baby in carrier on Mama or in seat/stroller. Great distraction during diaper changes, small enough to stay out of mess, but easily washable if it makes a dive! Nice cuddly velour & light bean bag feel.

When this lovely doll first arrived, my son (then 11 months old) was only interested in throwing her. He hadn't taken to any soft toys at that point, so I assumed that this was just another flop. She stayed in his toy bin until I did a purge, at which point I moved her to a shelf upstairs because she was too cute to get rid of. A few months ago, my now 2-year old found the doll on that shelf, and she has become his lovey! He sleeps with her every night, and has taken to holding her during bedtime songs and books. I have caught him "reading" to her in his room. He calls her "bay-bee" and we all have to kiss her goodnight and good morning! I would have thought, from the size and texture, that this little doll would appeal only to young babies, but my toddler son loves his so much that I recently bought a replacement, just in case something happens to his first one. Needless to say, I have been very happy with this purchase.
