Shopping Cart

My kids have always enjoyed pushing toys, so they were all thrilled when we got this shopping cart. One note: it ships in a box labeled with a picture of the toy. So, be careful if you are ordering as a surprise. My 4yo was very excited to tell me there was a shopping cart at the door!

The assembly was easy and instructions good. We did need an extra screwdriver in addition to what was in the package. The toddler thought it was a scooter before I got the basket on. It can certainly hold up to being ridden, too. There are two height settings so it works well for smaller tots as well as preschoolers.

The canvas bag is a great feature. It's soft, flexible, and washable! My daughter loves putting her Plan Toys play food in and out of the basket and finds it easy to push. My 4yo is probably as tall as can really comfortably push it, though my 8yo and 10 yo still play!

The only concern I have is that the wire frame for the basket seems like it might bend with sufficient pressure, such as a preschooler leaning on it. We're very happy with it and look forward to lots of play time!

We purchased this cart for my son when he just turned 2, he will turn 3 next month. He loves to load this down with cars, books, blocks and tools and run around the house as if it were a delivery truck. My son is all boy; meaning this cart has been completely abused, but you cannot tell. I describe it as an eco-friendly commercial made toy. I love the way rubber "tires" glide on my floors, it turns on a dime, the basket can be removed and cleaned, the handle bar is height adjustable and let's not forget about the price(shop other brands) or the style. It is the perfect size for when it is not in use and it blends into the background of our home(not the typical kid-colored gizmo). My son has used this every day for almost a year, it is very well made and my newborn daughter will love it too one day. Form, function and price have met my expectations.

Our 2 yo daughter loves this shopping cart. And it's very attractive and well built. However, be warned that the front wheel gets stuck when pushed onto plush carpets and the cart tips over. Great on hardwood though!

My toddler loves this cart! She throws everything in it (plush animals, spoons, trash...) and pushes it around the house. Fortunately the cloth basket is removable for washing. Sometimes she turns it over, sits, and pushes it like a ride-on. Still going strong!
