A set of three colorful wooden pegs, a wooden mallet and a wooden bench help your child develop their motor skills. When the pegs have been hammered in all the way, all your child needs to do is turn the toy over to start the fun all over again! The Pounding Bench is packaged in a sturdy cardboard box.

PlanToys are made from natural, chemical free rubber wood, and finished with non-toxic and child friendly colors.

Great Pounding Bench! [134 OF 245 PEOPLE FOUND THIS HELPFUL]
Great function and design. Unlike other sets,the pegs are easy to hammer and don't fall out; you simply flip the board over and hammer again. I think the age should be lowered on it, however. By about 2 years my daughter became bored with it.

I like this pounding bench becasue I don't have to run around finding pieces like other pounding toys! My twins love to hold the hammer. They can pound, walk away, come back, and pound again. Then, I simply flip it over and they can pound again. Unique concept for the design. I love Plan Toys and am glad I added this to my collection.

My son has had this toy for a few months now, and at 16 months, he is now becoming really interested in using the hammer for pounding. A key feature of this toy that my son enjoys is how the platform holding the pegs flips over when he is ready to pound again. This simple but fascinating detail keeps my son engaged.

This pounding toy is very well built. It has a nice modern look to it yet will be a classic for the toy chest. At 14 months my son was more interested in pushing the pegs through instead of pounding. Now at 16 months he attempts to use the hammer. This toy really promotes hand eye coordination and develops dexterity.

My 14 months son loves this toy. The three basic colors are attractive and he is truly amazed by the process. It is sturdy and can withstand being thrown around.
