These blocks are absolutely beautiful and one of my daughter's (as well as my) favorite things. I keep them in the living room bookshelf when she is not playing with them since I want to show them off! She loves putting the square blocks in front of her face and labeling everything she sees 'blau' or 'rot'. Definitely a hit with children under 3 as well.

My daughter isn't into blocks very often but with these water blocks, they are easy for her to hold and big and heavy enough for her to balance them on top of each other. Frustration averted! She likes to stack these blocks and only these blocks.

I fist saw these blocks at our local Children�s Museum. Several of the kids looked like they were having a good time with them, so I tried to find them for my daughter�s second birthday. She and her older sister (age 5) have both really enjoyed the blocks. I just thought they would use these along with their other Haba blocks to builds and stack, but my girls use these large blocks to make colorful �houses� for their Animalz toys. The blocks are large, sturdy and well made. It would be nice if they could make some additional shapes and at a smaller scale if possible.

My son received these blocks for his first birthday recently and they have been a big hit. They are well made with smooth rounded corners. He loves to hold, shake, and look through each one. When he gets a little older I am sure he will enjoy stacking them to create new color combinations. He plays with them at least once a day. The age range says 3+ but younger children enjoy them just as much!

I love these blocks! They are irresistible to pick up and play with no matter if you are 3 or 93. They are great to use with other blocks or my favorite is to show my 3 year old how to mix colors. If you stack them, say red & yellow, then you get orange, how clever is that? They are lovely to look, made well and fun to play with. Wonderful toy for a girl or a boy.
