Wonderful Toy! [14 OF 24 PEOPLE FOUND THIS HELPFUL]
We gave this to my daughter for her first birthday and she LOVES it! I did have to put the mallet away till she gets a bit older..everything goes in the mouth still and she tried to rip the felt off the mallet, but I showed her how to smack the balls with her hand and she got it in no time. Now she does it all on her own, she loves rearranging the balls in their holes and sticking her hand in the holes on the side to catch the ball as it falls - she also carries the balls around the house - the toy is well made, the colors are vibrant - it's one of my favorites!

fun and colorful toy [27 OF 49 PEOPLE FOUND THIS HELPFUL]
I ordered this for my son's 1st birthday but decided to give it to him a week early as it was just too cute. It is made of sturdy wood that is brightly colored. He LOVES IT!!! I showed him twice how to put the balls in and hit them though and he took to it right away. He drags it around the house and plays off and on all day with it. The Battino is quickly becoming one of his favorites.
