We gave this to our daughter for Christmas (then 1.5 years old) and it remains one of her favorite toys! She plays with it every single day and so do her friends when they come over! I have since given 2 as gifts and they were both hits too!

I bought this for my one-year-old son's birthday. He likes someone pushing the toy and chasing him around. He likes the flapping sound when we pushing it. He also enjoys touching its wings (it is make of leather, which gives him different texture to feel), studies the duck and the colours. He can play with this simple toy for half an hour which is amazing for the twelve-month-old kid. He still refines his motor skills so he will be able to control the toy nicely.

It's so cute the way the duck waddles & flaps its feet! My 14 month old son likes to push it & also pull it behind him. And he loves for me to chase after him with it going "Quack quack!" He will drag it up to me with that expectant look on his face when he's ready to play chase.

This is a lovely push toy ever! We purchased it for our baby's 1st birthday. She was toddling already, but could not figure out how to toddle with it. Instead, she decided to swing it around (hitting her forehead accidentally with it), chew the beads balls on its hat, and put the handle in her mouth, which all looked scary to me, a worrywart parent. We hid it for a while, and gave it back to her when she was 18 months old. Then, she was able to push it correctly with joy. Now she is almost 2, and still loves it so much that she recently gave it a name by herself! Like all other Selecta toys, this is a beautiful, durable, and well-made toy.
