Gorgeous and indestructible! [14 OF 27 PEOPLE FOUND THIS HELPFUL]
I purchased this book for my grandson at age 6 months after he'd gnawed through several cardboard books. Since you can no longer trust plastic either I loved that the book was wooden. What I was surprised at was the quality. The wood is so smooth and the colors bright. My grandson is now 11 months old and learning "baby signs" so he's now learning how to ask for his book and "sign" what's on the wooden pages. I love this quality product.

My 13 month old loves playing with this toy and holding the bead. The construction is durable and tactile. That said, she doesn't really take interest in it as a book, or seem to like the images that much.

This book stays by the carseat in my car--it's great for the car because it's a quiet toy that's virtually indestructible. The bright pictures are sweet and fun for my toddler to look at, and nothing is damaged when he tosses it over the side of his seat.

I got this for my son soon after buying the animals picture book, also made by Selecta. Their wooden books are definitely durable against saliva, teeth, and anything else babies and young toddlers manage to use. As with other Selecta products, this book maintains its color beautifully and is safe for little mouths and hands. Safety is an important factor to me, and I'm glad that my son can enjoy this book. By the way, his dad is also glad, because he loves vehicles!

Durable and Charming [57 OF 117 PEOPLE FOUND THIS HELPFUL]
This is the perfect book for babies. No need to worry about eaten pages or chewed corners on this one! Our babe likes to look at the pitures and bang the book around. I'm considering removing the bead and string so that my kiddo can play with each pretty tile.
