Q: Can I include a gift note with my order even though no gift wrap was selected?
A: Yes, you can! Simply enter your gift note in the gift note box during the checkout process. We will print it on an Oompa Gift Note card and include it with your order!
Q: Can I pick up my order at your warehouse location?
A: No, you cannot pickup orders at the warehouse. Our business insurance does not allow public access to this location. However, you can pickup orders at our retail store! Just select “pick up at retail store” when you get to the shipping information during checkout!
