Unfortunately, Jennifer, these are not microwave safe, however you can use them with hot foods.
Lisa Perlman, from Washington D.C. would like to know if she can put her Haba Dream Meadow play mat in the washing machine. Lisa, unfortunately, this item is not machine washable. We recommend spot cleaning it with a damp cloth.
