A: This program allows customers who are registered to earn points for shopping on the site, write reviews, and refer friends and family to Oompa.com. Those points can then be redeemed as discounts on future orders.

Q: I’m a registered user and I bought some toys, but I don’t see the points on my account.

A: The points are deposited into a registered user’s account 30 days after the order ships. Check your account after 30 days and your points should be there. If not, please call customer support and we’ll be happy to help you!
