A: We do not stock those items in our warehouse. We drop ship them directly from the manufacturer. We receive your order and forward it to the manufacturer. They are then responsible for shipping it to you.

A: We’re looking for reviews that are longer than one word. We often get reviews like “Great!” or “Love it!”. We’re looking for more details on why the recipient or your child liked the toy. Did they like that it squeaked? Did they like the size? Did they like the colors? Details!! Reviews that don’t get approved contain inappropriate language, inappropriate images, or they contain personal info. These are removed from our system. We do approve reviews that are 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 stars.
