Hello! My name is Milanie Cleere, I’m CEO of Oompa Toys. Today is Friday, July 18th, 2008. We are in our warehouse in Madison, Wisconsin.
We are going to start with customer service questions. The first question is from Claudia in California. Claudia would like to know if we re-sell used or returned products. Claudia if something has been returned to us and it has obviously been damaged or used we’ll destroy it or donate it. These products don’t make it back on our warehouse shelves. However, if we do receive a return and it is obviously new and it hasn’t been opened, we put it back on our shelves and use it to fulfill other shipments. So everything that leaves our warehouse is in new and unused condition.
The next question is from Brandon in Illinois. Brandon would like to know if we charge sales tax. Brandon, I am happy to say that shopping at Oompa Toys is entirely tax free.
Oompa Highlights Zid Zid Kids
Zid Zid Kids was founded in 2003 by the married couple Jule Asecale and Julie Clear. They live and work out of their homes in Marrakesh, Morocco. Zid Zid means ‘let’s go!’ in Moroccan. They marry contemporary design with traditional Moroccan craftsmanship. As much as possible, the products are made out of recycled materials.
