Kathy from Colorado wrote to us earlier this week and she said that she received a defective toy. Kathy, my apologies, this does happen occasionally, we will of course take care of all return shipping charges. Go ahead and give us a call. Tell us what the defective item is and we will co-ordinate and pay for all of the return shipping back.
Lynn from Wisconsin wrote to us earlier this week. She said the accidentally purchased two of the same items and wants to return one but she lost her return and exchange form. What should she do? Lynn go ahead and give us a call or send us an email. All we will need Is your order id and billing address and we’ll happily email you or mail you a duplicate return and exchange form.
