Hello! I’m Milanie Cleere and I’m the CEO of Oompa Toys and we decided to get out of the warehouse, yet again, and we’re and the Henry Vilas Zoo in Madison, Wisconsin. Today is Wednesday, September 3rd, 2008.
Jennifer from Lincoln, Nebraska wrote to us and she is opening a toy store. She would like to know if we offer wholesale accounts. Jennifer, unfortunately, no we don’t offer wholesale accounts. I wish you the very best of luck in opening your store.
Dana from Florida wrote to us and she said that she was in the checkout process and she wanted to update the quantity of Stockmar Beeswas Crayons from 1 to 3 but the site wouldn’t let her. She was wondering if the site was broken. Actually Dana, it’s not broken. Our shopping cart only allows you to add up to the quantity that we actually have in stock at the warehouse. At the time you were placing the order, unfortunately, we only had one of the Stockmar Beeswax Crayons in stock. However, your message does bring up a great point and we are going to add some copy to the checkout process to make this fair.
Jacqueline from Pennsylvania wrote to us. Her message read “Help! My teenager got a hold of my credit card and placed an order on your website. Please cancel and do not send this fraudulently placed order.” Jacqueline, we were able to cancel your order as it was still in ‘New’. However, because our warehouse tries to get orders out as quickly as possible, if the status had been processing, we would not have been unable to make any changes or cancel it. And that is because we try to process orders as quickly as possible.
Oompa Highlights Cheekeyes
Cheekeyes is a brand new collection from a Dutch designer. These toys are designed in Gouda, in the Netherlands and consist of over 35 pieces. These are organized by themes and the themes include: Arctic, Africa, Dinosaurs, Forest and Farm Animals. Each of the pieces is made under fair labor conditions and is made of the eco-friendly substance, rubber wood in Sri Lanka.
