Pay-for-Placement Advertising Affiliate Partner Site(s) will not buy or bid on any of Oompa Toys trademarked company names or any pay-for-placement search engine.
Non-Exploit Affiliate Partner Site(s) agrees not to exploit any Oompa Toys marks to influence the affiliate partner site's ranking in search results on any
search engine.
Coupons, Discounts, Sales Affiliate Partner Site(s) will not post any coupons, coupon codes, sales or discount offers unless they are provided specifically for Affiliate Partner
Site(s) and/or approved by Oompa Toys.
Your Location Affiliate Partner Site(s) and entity must be hosted and located within the United States.
Returns In the event of a customer return within Oompa's thirty day return policy, Oompa will not honor or pay the affiliate commission for that particular order.
