How do I cancel or change my order?

Once orders are submitted, they cannot be altered. However, it is possible to cancel if the
status of the order is "New."

After you place your order, you will receive an email from us entitled "Oompa Toys Online Order #__________." At the bottom of the email, there will be a line that says "You may track this order at" followed by a link. This link will take you to the invoice for your order. If your order can still be canceled, you will see a link that says "Need to cancel this order? Cancel Now." Clicking on this link will cancel your order.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order, and you will not see a Cancel Now link.
