General Return Policy
We want you to be entirely satisfied with purchase made at Oompa Toys. If you're not happy we welcome your return or exchange within 30 days of the original order date as long as the following criteria are met:
- The item(s) were purchased from Oompa Toys.
- The item(s) is new and unused with no signs of wear or use.
- All original packaging, including warranties, inner packaging and tags must be present, attached, and in good condition.
- Items cannot be returned if assembled.
Items returned within 30-120 days of purchase are eligible for store credit only.

The Return/Exchange Process
1. USE THE "RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM"
Shipments from Oompa Toys are packaged with a customized "Return/Exchange Form". Simply fill out the form and enclose it with your shipment.

2. SEND US YOUR RETURN
For your protection and to help ensure you get a full refund, we recommend the following:
3. GET A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT
- 1-2 weeks upon receipt and inspection Oompa Toys will issue a refund or store credit of the purchase price paid less any coupons, point discounts, shipping charges and gift wrapping fees, if applicable.
For example, if you return an item that is $20 and used a 10% off coupon, $18 will be refunded. Additionally, if the merchandise being returned causes the original order total to fall below $65, the value of our Free Shipping promotion will be deducted. The value of our Free Shipping promotion is $5.95.
- The original purchasing credit card is issued a refund within 5 business days of receipt of product(s). It typically takes 1-5 additional business days for the refund to post or appear on a credit card statement.
- Items received as gifts are eligible for store credit or item exchange.
- Shipping and gift wrapping charges are not refundable unless there was an error on our part.
- If the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e., free shipping or a coupon, the value of the promotion will be deducted from the refund. The value of Oompa Toys' Free Ground Shipping for orders over $65 is $5.95.
- Refused shipments/orders will be subject to a $10 fee and may be assessed an additional 15% restocking fee. The assessment will be deducted from the refund amount.
- All returned orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, due to damage incurred by customer, or poor repackaging of returned items. The assessment will be deducted from the refund amount.
