How do I view my accumulated points?
To view your current point balance, click on the "Account" link at the top of the screen. Log into your account. Scroll down to "My Rewards Points" and click on "View Your Statement". Your points history will pop up in a separate window!
Do I have to become a Registered User to take advantage of the Loyalty Rewards Program?
Yes. We know many people have concerns about sharing information with online companies and understand your desire
to keep personal information just that, personal. However, our system can only track, assign, and apply points for users who are registered. Rest assured, however, that we do not sell, rent or
distribute customer information to any third party.
My product review wasn't approved. Why not?
We love reading customer reviews and would like to publish all of them on our web site. However,
there are a few reasons our editors chose not to publish certain customer reviews. The most common reason is that a review may not be descriptive enough for publication.
For example, we often receive product reviews that simply read, "Great toy!" While we greatly appreciate the feedback, published reviews should be descriptive enough to assist other customers in their decision-making process.
To increase the likelihood that your review is published (and that you earn points!) please include details about what you liked or didn't like about the product being reviewed. Did you like the size?
What did you think about the colors? Does your little one enjoy playing with the item? What about you? We're looking for details in product reviews.
I returned an item. Will points be deducted from my account?
Yes. The points earned for the purchase of an item are deducted if the product is returned.
Are points applicable on Amazon/Google Checkout Orders?
No, this program is not accepted by these or any third party checkout methods.
Are Loyalty Reward Points refundable?
Once used, spent or applied to an order, Loyalty Reward Points cannot be "refunded" back to a user's account for any reason.
How do I redeem points I've earned?
Redeeming points is easy! Just shop as you normally would. During the checkout process, you'll see an option to apply your points to the current order. Check the box, and the discount will appear in the receipt e-mailed to you and when you view your invoice online.
Can I use my points right away?
Points earned by registering, writing approved reviews, submitting qualified bug reports and referring friends can be used as soon as they are awarded. Points earned through purchases can be used 30 days after the order has shipped.
I applied points to my order during checkout but changed my mind. I want to save the points instead. What should I do?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the software that tracks and assigns points, we are unable to modify, update or change point values for orders that have already been submitted to our system either online or through our call center. So, we're unable to "subtract" points from an order if the points caused the order to fall below our free shipping minimum. Nor are we able to "give back" points if an order was submitted with a point discount and you no longer want the discount.
Can I apply points to past orders?
You can receive points for purchases made up to two weeks prior to joining our Loyalty Rewards program! Simply send an e-mail to oompa@julabug.com and we'll take care of the rest. Please be patient. Credits may take up to five business days to appear on your online statement.
This sounds great! But what's the "fine print"?
Points may only be earned or applied for orders originating from the Oompa web site.
Customers must choose to apply point discounts to orders during the checkout process.
We are unable to apply point discounts to orders after they are submitted to Oompa.Com
for processing and shipment. Orders placed through our catalog will not earn points in
the program. Points may not be earned for orders placed more than two weeks prior to joining
the program. This program is void where prohibited by law. Oompa Toys reserves the right
to modify or cancel this program at any time and without cause or notice. Points are not
redeemable for cash.
