FREE SHIPPING OVER $65
Oompa Toys is pleased to offer free Ground Shipping for most orders $65 or more. Please note that the order total must be $65 or more after all discounts, promotions and coupons are applied. Tax (if applicable) does not count towards free shipping. Also, some products have oversized surcharges and do not qualify for free shipping.
Shipping prices for Three Day Select and Two Day Express are based on order total and appear during checkout.
SHIPPING METHOD
Orders that ship via Standard Ground typically arrive within 5-10 business days. Oompa Toys does not guarantee a specific arrival date or time frame with this shipping method. Please note: Third-party carriers or freight forwarding companies are not allowed for any order pick-ups. Gift wrapping may add one additional day of processing time to orders.
OVERSIZED ITEMS
Items such as bookcases, shelves, and other extra heavy or bulky items are considered oversized by our shipping carriers and a surcharge may apply. If an item does require a shipping surcharge, the amount is stated within the item's product descriptions. Shipping surcharges are applied in addition to regular shipping fees.
PO BOXES
Oompa Toys does not ship to PO Boxes.
HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, GUAM, APO/AFO
Orders shipping outside the contiguous United States such as Hawaii, Alaska, US Military addresses, Puerto Rico and Guam are initially assessed a $15 flag fee. Please note that this may not be the full cost of shipping. If your order requires a greater shipping fee than $15, you will be contacted by a customer service representative with the exact shipping cost for your approval. Military shipments are considered international by the USPS and require customs forms and special handling.
ORDER TIMEFRAMES
While we do strive to ship most orders within 24 hours, we do occasionally have delays. For guaranteed shipment dates, please select either 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select and place the order by 12 pm CST Monday through Friday. The order will ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a recognized holiday with 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select as the shipping method will ship the next business day. Gift wrapping may delay the shipping of all orders, including those shipped via 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select, by one business day. Oversized and overweight items may incur shipping surcharges. If this is the case, the additional shipping charge will appear within the product description. Gift wrapping may add one additional day of processing time to orders.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Oompa Toys does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses may be re-routed by UPS or returned to Oompa as undeliverable. If the shipment is re-routed by UPS a $10.00 UPS charge is assessed to the billing party. The billing party is also responsible for any additional shipping fees.
