Wish I could find more like this [44 OF 88 PEOPLE FOUND THIS HELPFUL]
Having grown up in a German household (1st generation), I owned a very plain, simple version of one of these pencil cases which I received from my aunt when I started school. I always loved it, both for all the pencils, the sharpener, the eraser and most of all because it was unique. Now I have my own little girl who started school this year, so when I saw this adorable pencil case, I simply HAD to get it. I've been looking EVERYWHERE for something like it for years. Imagine my pleasure when I found it here at Oompa Toys and didn't have to special order it from Germany. I gave it to my daughter on her first day of school in her "Zuckertuete" (another German tradition) and she LOVES it. I love that everything has it's own special place and that it is fun and unique. I only wish that there were other designs available. My daughter is really into mermaids and had there been an option like the Sigikid mermaid bags, I would have loved to have bought that. Also, I wish there were more options for my son who will start school next year. Mostly, I hope that Oompa Toys will continue to carry them, since they are currently sold out of the "bug" version of this item. This is definitely something special to give as a gift to a school-aged child. Thank you Oompa Toys for carrying this item. Perhaps you'll consider carrying more of this sort of import??
