Green Oasis! [357 OF 736 PEOPLE FOUND THIS HELPFUL]
This canopy is gorgeous. We have had it up for a couple of weeks and we are really happy with it. You don't need a super-high ceiling to accomodate it, but the cord is long enough to deal easily with high ceilings, as well. The pad in the bottom is comfy but not too squishy. It has Velcro tabs all around and attaches firmly to the tent. The combination of fabrics works well for allowing light in, and also making visibility possible with the organza "windows" at the sides, while still affording adequate privacy. My three-year-old daughter seems to like that aspect of being able to see out, and she seems to like for me to be able to see in and to interact with her. The details (the leaf ties for the doors, the lovely vines and flowers, the interior pockets) are really nicely done and the whole thing is of a high quality (as have been all Haba products that I've bought.) This is a great place for my girl to hole up. She likes to look at books there, to have me or her daddy read to her, to take her stuffed "friends" inside, and to set up the always-fun tea parties inside. The canopy is roomy: it's do-able for our whole family (of three) to get inside. My husband enjoys visiting, and says it's like being in a rocket. We have three of the Haba pillows in there, and there's still plenty of room. Our girl will call me when it's time to read: "Mommy, come to 'Our Place' and read!" She's also normally very self-directed and can play on her own, and this canopy affords her one more avenue for such play. She has taken puzzles to work inside, looks at books on her own, has worked with her sewing cards there, and has long "conversations" in the tent. I set it up near some shelves stocked with quieter activities that I hoped would merge well with the tent and the rug/playspace that is just outside it. So far, so good. I see this getting lots of use as she continues to grow. Our only challenge is keeping our young cat from becoming too intrigued....

My 2,5 y.o. just loves it! She calls it "my house" :). She seats in there and plays a lot, and that is amazing, because she usually never stays still for long!! Quality is wonderfull, colors are fantastic, very easy to assemble, and much bigger then it appears!
