PROBLEMS WITH ORDER RECEIVED
Uh oh, was there a problem with your order? Here at Oompa, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If something wasn't quite right with your order please let us know. You can fill out our SUPPORT FORM or call us at 855.326.2229 9am to 5pm CST. Please read below to see how Oompa will handle different order issues.
Incorrect Items If you have received an incorrect item in your order please contact us immediately. We will issue a call tag for the incorrect item and send you out the corrrect one promptly.
Damaged Items If an item in your order was damaged, please contact us immediately. We will typically ask you to send a photo of the damaged item if this is convenient for you. Once we receive the photo, we will send your item again (hopefully undamaged this time!)
Incomplete Order Please note that large, heavy items are shipped separately from the rest of your order as they come directly from the manufacturer. These items tend to take a bit longer to arrive. If you didn't receive all the items you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will work quickly to figure out what you're missing and get it out to you promptly.
Items Is Not As It Appears On Site If you opened your box and didn't see what you expected, let us know! We want to make sure that our customers are getting exactly what they wanted. This type of issues is handled on a case by case basis, but don't fret, we'll make sure you're happy with your order no matter what!
