1) WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

2) DO YOU OFFER COUPONS OR PROMOTIONS?

3) HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

We accept returns for new, unused items in the original packaging for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. Pelase see our RETURN POLICY for details.

 

4) WHAT ARE FUNBUXX AND HOW DO I USE THEM?

As a registered customer of Julabug.com or Oompa.com, you are automatically enrolled in our FunBuxx program. With every purchase, you will earn FunBuxx that can be redeemed on future orders. Please see our FUNBUXX TERMS & CONDITIONS for details.

 

5) WHY AM I BEING CHARGED SALES TAX FOR AN INTERNET ORDER?

6) DOES OOMPA OFFER A PRINT CATALOG?

We will be offering a print catalog in 2013. Please REQUEST A CATALOG if you are interested.

 

7) CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I CLICK SUBMIT?

Please contact us immediately if you need to change your order. We will do our best to make the requested changes including adding or deleting an item, adding gift wrap, adding a gift note and changing the shipping address. 8) AS A BLOGGER, HOW DO I SUBMIT A REQUEST TO REVIEW OOMPA OR AN OOMPA PRODUCT?

We value the blogger community! Please e-mail us at support@oompa.com and include a link to your blog, monthly traffic (with a google analytics screenshot if available), number of followers, number of Facebook likes, etc. We will review your blog and traffic to determine if it is a good fit for our brand. Please expect at least one month for a reply.

 

9) DOES OOMPA DONATE PRODUCTS TO CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS?

Oompa enjoys making product donations to charitable organizationa. We welcome donation requests from not-for-profit organizations that are not politically or religiously affiliated. Please e-mail us support@oompa.com with details. Please expect at least one month for a reply.

 

10) WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED?

If your order has not arrived within one week of purchase, please TRACK YOUR ORDER. If the carrier indicates that your order has been delivered, please check with neighbors, building managers, your front and back port, and even behind bushes (no kidding!). If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the carrier (UPS or your local USPS office) and make reference to your tracking number. They will assist you with locating your package.
