Who knew that a lunchbox could contain lead? Ugh. Not these! I love that they are PVC, phthalate, and vinyl free with a lead free lining. The strap on top is thickly padded and everything looks to be very well constructed. The box is not flimsy at all, it has a nice thick insulated lining. I love that I can pick out a cute lunchbox and not worry about what it is made of or what might be lurking in it as far as chemicals. On top of that, these are very well made and look like they will last for many years. (Of course my little girl is thrilled with the ballerina design.) :)
