Perfect for young toddlers.

Haba's small block sets are perfect for my 2 year old. She likes smaller, colorful blocks as opposed to larger, heavier ones, and doesn't seem to care that there aren't that many in the set. They are great for building toddler sized towers and we enjoy seeing where we can balance the little clown on our structures. This set isn't as expensive as some of the other Haba sets, and it makes a great "first block" set.
