fun addition to marble track

After having numerous of other Haba block and marble track sets, it was odd to receive play pieces fixed together with screws. I guess it's to help maintain stability of the domino set-up, which is nice. The included stairs are ingeniously cut to accommodate the dominoes when that part is set at different inclines. That was one of my favorite parts!

We had expected that our 3-year-old would enjoy playing with just this set, but she actually liked it better when used as a part of her existing marble track. We are glad that overpass, bridges, and staircase are carved; it makes little ones less frustrated to set the blocks. 40 blocks are maybe good number to start with, but we feel it is a little too less. Overall, it is a nice toy to own. We like it.

Oh what a fun to play!

We received the Domino Rally in addition to the regular Haba Marble Track set. It is so much fun to see our 6 and 3 year old to play together with the Domino Rally as it just complements very well the Marble Track Set.

It teaches precision and patience and rewards with a nice finale.
