just plain adorable!

I really love to give Haba clutching toys as new baby gifts. They are simply perfect. Even my husband marveled at the mechanics of this one. He wondered how it was constructed and thought it was pretty neat. It is nice and bendy, but safe and non-toxic. I find that Haba clutching toys are not great for really young babies because they are a little heavy and clunky (my daughter whacked herself in the head with this a few times before she had control over her movements), but it is really great for babies 6 months- 1 year. I think the colors are great for a boy or a girl.

Nice Clutching Toy and Still Interesting as Baby G

The little items are attached to the ring in a way that allows them to flex and turn which helps develop fine motor skills later. The tree makes a soft rattling noise perfect for baby ears. Some of the painted details have rubbed off after much use.

Cute, great quality, but not engaging for long

My 5 month old and has been playing with this toy for a couple months now, but she's ahead of the curve in grasping skills. It is a bit heavy and holds her attention for 5 min (short for her). She loves mouthing the boy and mushroom. Overall an ok toy.
