 a hit
We have had this swing for several months and we are still in shock about how much my son LOVES it! We thought the thrill would wear off but it hasn't. We taught him the baby sign for "swing" and still, several times a day, he will enthusiastically do the "swing" sign until we put him in it! There are times when he wants to swing fast and wild and there are times when he just wants to relax in it. He is very secure in the swing and I can tell he feels that. It must be very comfortable for the amount of time he spends in there.
CONS:
-We had to buy additional rope and fittings. We do have high ceilings, but even if we didn't, it doesn't seem like there is enough rope. He would be several feet off the ground.
-While well-made, unlike many of Haba's toys, this one is made in China.

 Coolest Swing!
A viewer from San Antonio, Texas
Our two year-old son loves his Haba "parachute" swing! We bought it right about the time he turned two, because we wanted something that we could use inside, but that was soft and wouldn't hurt him if he accidentally ran into it while charging around the house. It is very easy to get him into and out of this swing -- I just leave the buckles fastened, and I loosen the straps to get him in or out. Once in, my son is VERY secure. There is no way he can undo himself in this swing, unlike a plastic one I had before! This swing is excellent quality, and I can tell it will last for a very, very long time. My only regret is that I didn't buy it much sooner!
