This kitchen can withstand some serious toddler chefs

This kitchen is impressively sturdy. We shopped it out for our then 18-month-old son (now 3) and did a lot of comparing before deciding on this one (Oompa had a physical store at that time). While it's recommended for ages 3 and up, we discovered that with a few adjustments (removed the faucet pieces) it became what we considered perfectly safe for our toddler. He has engaged in countless hours of play, and now shares it with his 18-month-old twin sisters. It's not as pretty as it once was because we let him have water in the wash basin. Avoid that if you're concerned about the finish. This is probably my all-time favorite toy purchase.
