After buying Haba & Plan Toys, this was a real disappointment. The number buttons fell in the same day. Hape Toys customer service was non-existent. Nobody even picks up the phone.

My nephew LOVES this toy! We have pretend food and he will scan items all day long. The drawer also gets stuck every so often but an overall well made toy.
