A fun and fantastic building toy.

The Quadrilla Twist & Rail marble track is the perfect toy for the builder in your house.

This track is constructed from high quality wood and is shipped in intelligent packaging allowing for neat storage of the components when not in use.

This toy is geared to the child who likes to build. The instructions, detailing several different marble runs, are color coded for easy understanding even by the non-reader who is able to study pictures to determine the next course of action. In this way, the instructions are similar to that of Legos. My 8-year-old son, as well as my friend’s 5-year-old son, easily followed the instructions and successfully completed tracks as intended. The real fun, learning, can be had when children start exploring how each component works and building runs of their own creation which I witnessed in even my 3-year-old daughter.

The child not inclined to build can find endless hours of enjoyment with the finished product. As a parent, I enjoy building the track so my 5- and 3-year-old daughters can run marbles through it. I find the sound of the marbles rolling through the track very relaxing which likely speaks to Hape’s sound design.

Expect to have endless hours of fun with this toy as well as just a wee bit of frustration when it gets knocked over by a dog's tail or an inquisitive younger sibling.
