I bought two of these for my pre schooler and my kindergartener (Icky Bugs and Monster). While very cute, I could tell right away that they weren't very sturdy to hold up to hard usage. Sure enough, after less than a week, my kindergartener's backpack's front zipper is broken. I have to replace that now, and I'm sure it's just a matter of time before the pre schooler's backpack dies too. Also, while the colors are cute, the yellow really shows the dirt. So, save yourself the money. It would be nice if there were cuter options in sturdier backpacks, but having one last less than a week is just unacceptable.
