This set was exactly as I expected it to be...super cute and my 2.5 yo loves it! It came unassembled but the directions were very clear and it was very easy to do myself. It took me about 20 minutes to put it together and put all of the furniture in rooms...and that was with 2 kids climbing around trying to get to it to play! After assembled, you can tell it is very durable and it is on the heavier side...which may not be good for little ones who try to move things by themselves all the time. The fold down garden/wall/play mat is well made and able to be be hand washed, if necessary. My daughter has been using her imagination with this set by "talking" with the people and when she plays with someone she practices sharing and socializing skills. I think this is a great set that can replace many popular plastic toys that have little people figures. I know it did for us!
